HOUSE BILL NO. 352 An Act giving notice of and approving a                     
lease-purchase agreement with the City of Palmer for a fire                    
management facility at the Palmer Airport was read the second

Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent for the                      
adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page            
3688.  Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                         
352(FIN) An Act giving notice of and approving a lease-purchase                
agreement with the City of Palmer for a fire management facility at            
the Palmer Airport; and providing for an effective date was adopted            
and read the second time.                                                      
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Senator Duncan objected.
